Type of damages for the Yucatan and Cozumel?

This is the general tropical discussion area. Anyone can take their shot at predicting a storms path.

Complete destruction. As for loss of life, I for one fear it will be high but I hope I'm wrong. I doubt they showed as much consideration in setting up shelters for their residents as they did for the tourists.

Reporters are indicating undescribable damage.

Cancun is pretty much gone. Not only did they get hit by a Cat3/4. It has been pounding them for more than 24hrs.

Any structures that could withstand the initial storm could be giving way now because they just can only take so much. 36hrs, that is too long!
