At Wilma's peak, the winds were 175 mph, and the eye was 3 miles in diameter. If you do the math, that means that the eyewall made 18 complete revolutions in an hour, or one revolution in approximately 3 minutes.
The astronauts could actually see it rotating. I wonder if they got any video.
