Not sure how new this is, but takeoff has been delayed until 0130Z... aka seven minutes ago.

that is for the 21st the flight for tonight I believe takes off at 9:45pm est

When are they going to create a new benchmark for the strength of hurricanes?

When I hear them talking about a weakening Wilma with a pressure of 894 mb and category 4 winds, I have to go hmmm....

That's 6 mb higher than the previous most intense Atlantic hurricane on record, and she's pretty much been below 900 all day (forget the estimated advisory).

What am I missing here?

Yeah.... I was up waaaay too long last night..... great stuff though! I missed all the 882 (881) hullabaloo, but I did catch the Cat 5 upgrade at 175 mph and 892 mb.... Truly historic to watch....
