This is Dolphin Point today. As evident, Ivan destroyed this place and Wilma is just washing out the dirt. Shot approximately 45 minutes ago...The debris field is growing...again! You can see that the erosion is continuing...

I have not been out on the roads today but have talked with some folks that said other parts of the island are just experiencing some rain but the seas are not as rough as they are right here on Northwest Point. There are even a number of businesses open now, including 1 grocery store at this time. More later,

for those of you in Naples - if it continues to be you are only 3- 4 miles form landfall might want to re-think staying...

To be fair this place is RIGHT on the beach, and was already destroyed by Ivan as noted by the photographer. Likely Ivan took out much of the beach protecting the place too.

I'm frightened of what Wilma might do to Marco Island. It's one of the most beautiful places in Florida.
