Watching closely.

My family is scheduled to fly into Tampa on Sunday and drive to Sarasota for an outdoor workshop next Mon-Wed.

We'll be waiting and watching for updates between now and then here in north Alabama.

I guess it doesn't mean much (well nothing but interesting) the only systems i can find which went just to the left of cuba into gulf which hit west florida in the last 30yrs were Floyd in 87' and Keith in 88', both cat 1. (edit) In fact the path looks very similar to the former which hit the south tip.
