Reached 20.6C here earlier, I though the temps were supposed to be dropping now.

Haven't noticed any insects though given I'm on the 6th floor in halls...

mosquitos - had loads of them the last week. Had customers in at work complaining of the bites - and today I had a nasty one on the wrist - also a work colleague had loads as well.

I get the feeling this winter will be very odd. NAO is progged to be neg. plus mossies this time of year and flying ants a week ago (how bizarre is that) also lots of daddy long legs right now when we had none a week ago. Temps tomorrow possibly 22/23c - middle of October?

PLUS a NHC named storm - Vince - came ashore 868 miles from me? We will have named storms into Nov, Dec, Jan IMO

GFS would suggest 18C tomorrow. The daddy long legs were everywhere when I was at home a few weeks ago. - Maybe Vince is to blame?
