A WESTWARD-MOVING TROPICAL WAVE... ACCOMPANIED BY A BROAD LOW
SURFACE LOW PRESSURE SYSTEM... IS LOCATED SEVERAL HUNDRED MILES
SOUTHWEST OF THE CAPE VERDE ISLANDS. THIS SYSTEM HAS CHANGED LITTLE
TODAY... AND UPPER-LEVEL WINDS ARE ONLY MARGINALLY FAVORABLE FOR
ANY SIGNIFICANT DEVELOPMENT TO OCCUR.

The System is beginning to refiring very well near 33 W, look at this latest satellite aviation picture the most recent of all the satellites pictures.
