More and more models are jumping on the fact we may very well see development over the SW carribean. NAM at 60 hrs

Hopefully it stays a weak tropical depression, crosses cuba, heads
over to my place and gives me some good drought-bustin' rains.
Bring on the rain baby!
Just rain and nothing more...(no wind or anything like that)

Hopefully the movement will be just like the NAM too...north and then out to sea.

And over Cuba and Haiti? aka Gordon 1994, which killed a thousand there? I'm not hoping for that.

Thankfully the NAM is a useless model over the tropics. Don't trust a thing that it says, I'd even trust the GFS more.

NO! NOT OVER CUBA AND HAITI! Less just pretend those landmasses are not there and send this system out to sea.
