Nothing in the horizon for now.

The question is when and where will another tropical or subtropical system will form in the next one month and a half before the season ends?

I'm not discouraged at all. This system now could still develop into a TS or STS in the next couple of days. And I'm sure more systems to watch will pop up in the next few weeks or so.

Send a nice weak TD towards me to give me some rain.
The dry season is setting in. This was the driest summer ever
for Tampa Bay. If we don't get rains now, we won't get
good rains until next June. I have had LESS THAN 2 INCHES OF
RAIN SINCE EARLY JULY 2005. YUP that's less than 2 inches
in 4 months! We did not have a rainy season this year. :(

Now don't get me wrong- I prefer drought to a hurricane disaster
but a very weak and rainy tropical depression would be
great to prevent a bad wildfire season.

I just wish a front would stall out, cause a hybird TD to
form, and give me some much needed rain. :D

The left overs in the central Caribbean "could" develop in the coming days. It has a good shot...IMO...of becoming Wilma. We'll see.

If it becomes TS but then weakens to TD Wilma and brings
me some rain and nothing more
I will be screaming YABBA DABBA DOO!!!! :D

Yes! This is finally some hope for some rain before
the dry season sets in for good...hopefully a trough
can pull this caribbean moisture north over me over the
next week :D

Why would you be discouraged if there are no more storms this season? Haven't we had about enough? I think I've had 10 days off since June. My mother's house was flooded and now I get to spend 2 weeks "vacation" putting up sheetrock starting next week. I'm certainly not discouraged by the statement that there may not be any development in the near future.

Maybe because Thunder44 lives in NYC? Script versus reality?

10:30 PM TWO.

If you read the 5:30 PM (At First Post of thread) and the 10:30 PM TWO'S they are almost identical in the wording so in other words nothing is brewing at the moment.

There is still very much possiblity for this to develop and possible move toward flordia or east coast. Very slight chance though but it can happen.

Hehe I do love how they pretty much copied the 5:30 p.m. TWO and called it the 10:30 p.m. TWO.

I have had lots of rain this past week. Probably about 8 inches total.

You are sooo right. Those of us who own property in vulnerable areas, or who have family in those areas have had enough. The guy who wants more storms probably is about 14, lives 300 miles inland, and is getting bored of his Xbox.
