now that's something you don't see everyday, the fact that hurricane developed so far out as a tropical storm and strengthened into a hurricane is record breaking, but to see a tropical cyclone make landfall in southern Spain is incredible :eek:

I never would have thought I would EVER see this..a tropical cyclone affecting Europe. Thanks Sandy...terrific image.

Thanks everyone. Yesterday I found this radar image but I decided to posted today when the cyclone was getting closer to landfall, yesterday nothing concerning the cyclone was in the image.

It will interesting to see NHC's best track at the end of the season, we may get a stronger Vince!

That ship report find him a good amount stronger. Kind of makes you wonder how strong he was. Darn it he messed the channel...No Med storm.

Agreed..from what little Spanish i remember that i took some 30 years ago in junior high school. There are people of varying ethnic backgrounds who post here folks. Can we be more sensitive please?
