Chance at Mediterranean development?
This system seems to be slowly organizing...I can't believe what I'm seeing here. It appears to be moving slowly to the southeast. What a wild hurricane season.
Surface low...

Loop this you will see that the convection is over the low pressure area. Also as it moves farther to the south the SST warm up to 26 to 27c. This is something I will watch.

With all the wild systems developing. I thought I would point this out.
