Tommorow morning at 5 AM is my opinion I say but it well may be earlier than that.Chad I voted already. :)

I said 11am tomorrow....but I guess this all depends when Avila will not be in the office.

I think this 94L is so far south it just might seek into the SE Caribbean and at that point who knows. I'd watch this one Cycloneye it doesn't matter that its Oct as you seen this season.

That's my guess too. They aren't going to be in a hurry to upgrade so they can avoid a repeat of TD 10 and TD 19.
