I think theres a low pressure about 100 miles to the northeast of Miami. It appears to be forming near that big blow up of convection. We might be getting Tammy which would be our 19th storm to tie 1995!!!
It appears to be moving northward.

No, he means if we get Tammy then we'll have as many named storms as 1995, which is 19. 1995's last named storm was Tanya.
