When will Stan see?

When will he have a visible eye on satellite? He is looking very strong. In I think by tuesday afternoon.


Also it has deeper convection then Rita or Katrina. WOW!

if he does see his eye won't be like Rita or Katrina's.I bet he also won't have that classic stadium effect.

I am not sure we will ever have any type of eye

two scenarios, which I described in the evening forecast could play out, each with about an equal chance

Yeah, what is up with those cloud temps? This system has had some of the lowest cloud tops over such a large area I've seen all year.

Thankfully landfall will be in less than 6 hours, so not enough time for an eye here.
