Last update was 19.3N 87.0W

Last recon was 20.5N 86.0W

Probably a tad further South to go. We should know whether it's a TS by next recon reports.

During reconnaissance of tropical system CYCLONE a maximum sustained wind speed of 44 mph at 5000 feet, and a maximum wind gust of 45 mph at 5000 feet, were found by the government plane.

All other recon data is... With the 90% rule, and conversion to mph, that's 46ish mph.

I'm no professional, but that's looking very likely, yes. However, until it's official, this is still TD20 to us.
