Anyway.. Who will become Stan and Tammy 1st between the Atlantic TD and the Caribbean TD..

Or is it possible, that 1 could get it faster than the other because they can fly into the Caribbean's Stan/Tammy wanna be..

Well with TD19 looking very poor right now, Im not sure if it will ever even reach TS strenght.

well td19 i thinkmay become a minimum ts but i think td20 will become hurricane after it crosses the yucatan

i agree td 19 is encountering some problems and doesn't look at all impressive on the satellite
