But why does it say this:

WATCH FOR THE NORTHWESTERN COAST OF THE YUCATAN PENINSULA FROM CABO
CATOCHE WESTWARD TO CAMPECHE.

Yea...the NHC really threw one at us with this one! I guess they wanted to give us a lesson....ALWAYS DEPEND ON THE NHC!!! :)

I think they are fixing the headers, because some of TD 19 maps were showing up. They better not take it back now, because CNN just reported it formed. :D
