How Strong Will TD 19/Poss. Future Stan Get?

Anyway, the setup for this system is similar to the setup for Phillipe. Strong westerlies just to the north are expected to help it with outflow for now, allowing rapid intensification IMO to a strong Cat 1. Thereafter, the westerlies are going to start shearing TD 19/Stan.
These westerlies will not let up, and if anything, they are expected strengthen. Thus, I believe anything above a Cat 2 is unlikely.

I'll say 105 mph...but I kinda hope it hits 115 mph...it would help my forecast of 7 major hurricanes. I remember I said, I hope Maria makes Cat 3...and it just barely did, but, was the 4th major...if we have Stan, then thats 6 major hurricanes, with one Caribbean Late Season....that would make 7 major hurricanes.
