LLC?
What is the feature near 20North and 60West? Looks like a tropical low with a LLC. Does this have any chance of developing?

lol, so infact you have no opinion. If you don't have an opinion until you hear someone elses opinion, you are infact simply rebroadcasting other people's opinions.
I'm just messing with ya

It's just a matter of prctice in recognizing cloud types. Look at the visible sattelite loop of the area in question, and observe the clouds you see moving east to west in the environment around the system. Now see if you can see similar clouds in the area of the circulation. You'll see that they are generally moving east to west under there as well.
It's also useful to compare cloud movement in the WV loop, which mostly is mid to upper level, with the visible. Cloud movement wich shows clearly in visible but not WV is almost certainly low level.

I'm looking at the area near 20/60! There is a clear circulation and the clouds are moving E to W around the circulation near the center. The clouds in the blob NE of the center are moving NE, sheared right. The WV shows the same so it is upper level
