It had a clear circulation yesterday afternoon, but I think they were wise not to declare a TD then, as it was still only pulsing convection.

Not so clear now, but we'll find out soon! :-)

The status of the observation. Sometimes you'll get a suspect reading in there. Then it would have a 1 somewhere.

For example: If an observation came in with 100 kt flight level winds obviously it's wrong... :lol:
