I agree that that is just ridiculous of them to do a bra check, and the nursing home definitely needs to be disciplined for doing something that intrusive, but I also think the description of the "mental anguish", sleepness nights and lost wages etc. is a bit dramatic. That would make sense for a sexual assault, but a bit over the top for a bra-check.
