My belief is that Rita will be known as the storm that missed Houston.

And the storm that "wasn't as bad as Katrina".

I remember it as the storm that destroyed my dad's boss' camp. Boss sunk tens of thousands and my father helped him refurbish the place a couple years ago. He was really proud of that camp. Sucks.
