Ivan and Katrina

These are both very Russian sounding names. It has been established that the former Soviet Union (fSU) developed and boasted of weather modification technology during the 1960's and 70's with deployment against the United States coming in 1976 with the audible arrival of the woodpecker grid. These weather operations continue to this day.

I have posted this page FAR sooner than I would like to have. I would like to have had the post mortem of Katrina from the National Hurricane Center to work from as well as a little time/distance from the events of this week so that perspective can be maintained. I will continue to update and add to this page in the days ahead.

This nation has not faced an economic crisis like the one that Katrina will spark in the days and months ahead. But that is one of the reasons Katrina was absolutely guided along the path that we all watched. This path has resulted in maximum damage to the energy infrastructure, transportation infrastructure and to the psyche of those that remain susceptible to further storms this year and in the years to follow. Oh New Orleans!

I fully expect one more 'event' this year to impact the United States. My gut feeling is that it will be an earthquake/volcanic event with intensity of at least 7.5 in magnitude resulting in insured losses to exceed $25 billion. Where will happen? My gut says the Western United States.

Protect your family's wealth with precious metals as the cascading effects from this disaster and from poor government fiscal management, which have just begun to be felt worldwide.

I wonder how he was able to keep his job there for very long.......or will be able to find another. Even if this is what he believes, who in their right mind would hire him based on this BS.

I became familiar with this bozo when I interned up at the NWSFO in Albany NY back in 92-93.

This is the same Scott Stevens who was, for the briefest of times, the chief met for the local CBS affiliate. Turns out he was fired from there for forging on his application that he had a met degree from Oklahoma U.

Man, either he's really gone off the deep end, or he's scamming people once again. I suspect the latter.

I wouldn't call him a quack for putting insane unpublished hypotheses that haven't been peer reviewed into the public light because we have those locally and its improper.

By the way the chem trails etc are more examples of what others (assuredly not myself as that would also be improper) call internet kookery. Looking at that website just makes me steaming mad. Wish I could say I hadn't found that website till now, saw it last year.

This is an example of what pseudo-science evolves into.

I watched his goodby video. You can tell it's a small town. Just look at their weatherplex. One desk and 3 tiny monitors. And that ANCIENT computer on the desk.

All those cows in idaho...maybe he just huffed too much methane over the years...haha...

Looking at his images, looks to me like he's freaked out by gravity waves.... Scary stuff!

It never surprises me that people have these fantasies. But why does any media outlet give them any exposure whatsoever? Fox News is such a low quality operation.

I don't know about his specific conclusions but where their is smoke there's fire. Do some research about Nikola Tessla's discoveries and consider well what Defence Secretary Cohen said:

"Others are engaging even in an eco-type of terrorism whereby they can alter the climate, set off earthquakes, volcanoes remotely through the use of electromagnetic waves. So there are plenty of ingenious minds out there that are at work finding ways in which they can wreak terror upon other nations. It's real, and that's the reason why we have to intensify our efforts, and that's why this is so important."

[Secretary of Defense William Cohen at an April 1997 counterterrorism conference sponsored by former Senator Sam Nunn. Quoted from DoD News Briefing, Secretary of Defense William S. Cohen, Q&A at the Conference on Terrorism, Weapons of Mass Destruction, and U.S. Strategy, University of Georgia , Athens , Apr. 28, 1997].

Also consider that the united states signed a u.n. treaty saying that it wouldn't use these weapons and that there is a weather modification bill in the congress right now skirting some of these issues and you might not laugh so hard.

There is a human-induced weather problem, and it is global warming. The experts are divided on whether global warming is causing, or assisting, in the development of hurricanes, but there is now no serious doubt that global warming is taking place and is having a variety of effects on the environment. Seawater levels are rising, causing saltwater incursions into freshwater areas. Glaciers are melting. The number of species that this world is blessed with is diminishing. (Every species lost is a score for the side of the cold universe, and a score against humans).

Endless enemies sending electromagnetic waves to make hurricanes??? When there are lengthening droughts drying up agriculture caused by just a degree or two of increased heat? When there is an expanding hole in a protective layer of the earth's atmosphere? The alarming weather scenarios are close at hand and require no criminal mastermind manipulation as an explanation.

OklahomaWeather, I watched the video which he labeled "a fully unnatural energy vortex"...can you please tell me what is the scientific explanation for what the video shows? Is this the "gravity wave" you are referring to above? Is this something that is common or is it truly unusual? It looks to my completely untrained eyes to be some type of mini-horizontal tornado with an "L" shape... Thanks so much for your help! :D

Glad to help. I watched the video you mentioned, and those are actually somewhat common... I've seen about 5 or so in my lifetime, but I don't spend all my time looking for them.. :D It is absolutely rediculous that he would label this as "fully unnatural." These are commonly referred to as "cold air" or "cool weather" funnels.. Usually (but not always) occur behind the passage of a cold front.

Think about it this way, the atmosphere is a fluid, constantly moving and changing. Any number of microscale processes and temperatures differences can cause the begin a circulation, and if the air is moist enough, the condensation funnel will appear. They are harmless and will not reach the ground, just cool to look at!

The gravity waves I was talking about- if you look at those satellite pictures on his website and see the "ripples" in the clouds - those are the gravity waves.

Good Grief Man, You sound like you have an agenda. Just kidding, but people who don't want to even consider what you just said will use that statement, you can count on it.

I watched his video too. Yep Wholely unnatural funnel activity....LOL!!!
Livin in florida like i've never seen this before.... and guess what.... No spaceships or aircraft around.... AND...I wasn't receiving the usual buzzing in my brain like when the aliens are near...so I know it wasn't them!!

Here's a picture from my personal stash. Took it outside my house.
It was just there. Not spinnin or anything that I could see....but I have seen funnels before and actually got one on tape ...SOMEWHERE....

Or at the very least.... maybe i'll get to be interviewed on a certain funnel chasers website and he can quiz me about the alien signals i've been hearing....LOL!!!

Actually....they've been coming and going all night. I need to put my tin foil hat on to block them out for a while so I can get some sleep for few hours.... :)

Thanks, folks, for pointing him out, so I can mark him off my Nutjobs-2-Date list. This guy is a little too far gone even for that.
