Maybe each state in the Southeast should cancel school for a couple of days.

OMG....

My kids are doing backflips right now. They just stood here at the computer with absolute stunned, cheesy looking grins on their faces--before running around the house going crazy.

OMG....I was planning to go to a job fair on Tuesday (got laid off last month--and am competing with all the Katrina evacs and Delta layoffs for new employment)

DAMN DAMN DAMN. :grr:

Thats a clear sign that our economy is in a critial crisis. Rita will make fuel prices go so high that it will be very hard to afford gas.

I haven't told my Kindergartener yet...he will be happy for sure. But now my friend will need me to watch her kindergartener while she goes to her dentist appointment. Well the kids will have fun, they haven't seen each other since school started.

I work for a life insurance company. Our business has dropped off significantly since the beginning of Sept. I've never seen our volumes this low and I have worked at the company for 6 1/2 years.
