Rita to Mexico? 0Z GFS

#1 Postby MWatkins » Thu Sep 22, 2005 11:24 pm

Wow...the 0Z GFS thinks that there will be so much blocking in the north Gulf that after Rita makes landfall...the model believes the circulation will be shoved back to the south over the Gulf and ultimately end up in Mexico...wow.

This season continues to surprise...

Looks like on the NW coast... ugh.

I see another system north of the CV islands but it's above 20 N already so that's a fish...

Also looks like a weak system crosses from the EPAC to the BOC and moves into Mexico.

we are all going to die!!! we are all going to die!!!

There was mas panic at the grocery stores in BR this afternoon and evening. My wife and I forgot to go shopping on Sunday, big mistake!!! just the way people were lined up at the registers and running all over the place, I was waiting for someone to just start running around the store chanting, we are all going to die.

At this rate I may just end up with ocean front property, in Baton Rouge! :D

Get used to it, we are in a cycle!!!
