I was checking out the options to go with the IR image on the NOAA site. It apears that Rita is basicly following the the 1012 MSLP
http://www.ssd.noaa.gov/PS/TROP/DATA/RT/gmex-ir4-loop.html (click MSLP after the animation is loaded)
My first question is basicly what is the MSLP , I was thining mid level pressure but dunno what the S would stand for. Second question is if it really is following that line would that mean it would turn north into LA ?
Following the 1012 MSLP ?
