I use coincidink instead of coincidence often. (the c's have the "k" sound)

Chad posts the word Callipygian right above the word that means chat. What a coincidink!

One time at a church function I was helping a lady and she had an item for me to put in her car's boot...was the first time I had ever heard that term for a car's trunk.

LOL, Eric, if my memory serves me correctly, that's actually an
British word for the trunk!

My brother got me started using this one as kids:

My Prestidigitator is Discomboomerated!

It means, simply, "I'm confused."

Imperative, (n)...strong sense of mission, i.e. "THIS is what's (or "what is not") going to happen!"...particularly suited for Storm2K Moderators. :larrow:

I suppose that some people would get turned on by military music, but not me. 8-)

That reminds me of another odd word:

Hegemony: The predominant influence, as of a state, region, or group, over another or others.[/u][/b]

Fartlek - "Fartlek" consists of bursts of speed in the middle of a training run.

I started running this year, and I can't even say this much less do it!

Conblobulation! It isn't a real word -- just the name we give some of the concoctions oldest daughter can put together for dinner. 99.5% of the time they are great -- the other .5% edible.

Another favorite is gossamer. It just sounds like what it is --a thin, filmy cloth.

Are those bursts of speed accompanied by other kinds of bursts?

I don't know about those bursts of speed but if they are accompanied by anything else I'll bet they are cathartic (cleansing). I love that word.
