Whoa, that was a very short marriage!

I think it was shorter than the time they dated before they got married.

There are Hollywood couples that are committed, but they're in a small minority, sadly:

Joanne Woodward and Paul Newman

Bob Hope, may he RIP, and his lovely wife, forget her name

Tom Hanks and Rita Wilson

Ron Howard and Cheryl Howard

John Travolta and Kelly Preston

Mel Gibson and Robyn Moore

All long, happy marriages, as far as I know. Perfect example for the Renee's, Brad's and Jolie's out there.....hrrmmmmphhhh! I am NOT lumping Jen in there b/c she didn't want a divorce. She was forced into moving on. Same as I was decades ago. Only I didn't have a Hollywood divorce...thank God!

I hate to say it but I told you so. Wanna know why? Because Kenny doesn't like women. I have my sources.

I thought it was because she didn't think his tractor's sexy.

(Seriously, I thought so too. But then again, before I really got into country music and knew who everyone was, I remembered hearing about a male country star getting in trouble for...well, something I can't say here. I tried to remember who it was for the longest time and I *thought* it was him. Turns out, after a lot of research, it was Ty Herndon who I'd heard about. Still...the puka shells make me wonder.)

Oh, so that's the reason for the split. Makes sense to me.....I heard on the news, RZ cited "fraud" for her reasons for the annullment. Notice, she's not going for a divorce here. She seems to want to just strike this mistake from her past. You know it won't be though - it will always be dredged up, in each serious relationship she begins in the future.....

Aren't ya glad we're not Hollywood celebs? he he

It reminds me of the "How Stella Got Her Groove Back" couple -- wasn't that just this year also? She found out he was gay and filed for an annulment, citing fraud also.

She'll get through it. There's something to be said about those Texas-born blondes (RZ, Renee O'Connor, Lisa Whelchel....)
