Your Look Alike
Have you ever been told you look exactly like someone famous?
Who was that person that some people think you look like.

It's been several years ago now...but someone once told me that I looked like someone famous...only thing is I forget who now.
I have an uncle who looks kinda like Phil Donahue and at a church my folks and I visited one time and also visited a SS class...the assistant teacher looked kinda like Lily Tomlin.

Party idea.....we went to a party once where the host greeted us upon arrival. Asked for our coats and pinned a piece of paper to our backs. On the piece of paper was the name of a famous person. This famous person could be an athelete, writer, artist, actor/actress, politican, Nobel winner, etc. You had to walk around the party, asking for clues as to who you 'looked like'. The hostess and her husband came up with the names.
I should add my husband thought this was THE corniest idea for a party. In fact he hates theme related parties like this.
But as the night went on, it did force you to mingle and talk to complete strangers. I was asking for clues...I think my hubby was asking for opinions, soooo do you like this sort of game? LOL
I looked like Valerie Bertinelli (see above).
Jim looked like David Letterman.
Forget who won or how you won. I think you were allowed 3 guesses.....
All I know is we looked A. younger and B. rested (no kids yet) back then. Who knows who I'd look like now.....LOL!
So there's my Martha-like party idea suggestion for the day. Stolen from my friend Nancy.

I could see it. Not sure where the pics are now, but didn't you share some about a month or so ago? I wouldn't be able to pick you out of a crowd because I don't remember your pic exactly, but I recall enough to agree.

It used to be in the gallery. They were fishing, I believe. After reading this, I went to look again but I think it's gone!
