Downgraded Tropical Storm Ophelia
Hmmm, looks like it's weakened. It will be interesting to see if it stabilizes or weakens further. Lots of unwelling, dry air and a bit of shear. It's going to be extremely difficult for this to be anything but a cat 1 cane by landfall.

Seems to want to become a stronger storm but the dry air is preventing it doing so.
