I'm Becoming fairly Confident...
that we will see a loop back to some extent just how stong and where will the big O strike the US..Will the HP ridge push her SW(s/CFL).W(N/FL GA) or W/NW in to the Linas....Either way the nails will be missing by the weekend!

Since you started a new thread, please add some more reasoning (other than "confidence") to warrant keeping this thread open...otherwise, I foresee a "lock" in the near future

Wow! Those models seem to be trending back to some uncomfortable territory, not only for S/C Florida, but the GOM, too.
EDIT: To clarify....SOME OF of those models. Insert the words "some of" after "Wow!". My mistake. Better huricanwatcher? Here's an eye-roll back at ya...

Looking more and more like The WNW path will Verify here...IMO though like ortt Says were not looking for a Katrina...I say Max Cat 1 at landfall...From Savana to Charleston...
