I think they will because even if its a 70mph storm its still close enough where it would be important to have hurricane watches and warnings up.

One thing's certain... that RECON report with 985 millibars came in at just the perfect time, since the 5PM advisory will be released in around half an hour.

NRL site still has it at 990 mb, but maybe they're just slow in revising it.
