Mid-Afternoon Visible Loop (TD16)

Per the latest recon vortex message, it seems that TD16 now has a broad circulation center (also seen on satellite), approximately 50-75 miles southeast of Cape Canaveral, with the entire system moving slowly north-northwest.

You are correct - I should have said that this was my opinion (we'll see what the NHC mentions in the next advisory)...
