Great Galveston Hurricane

#3 Postby jimvb » Sat Sep 03, 2005 6:56 pm

Does anyone know how many died in the Great Galveston Hurricane of 1900? I hear quotes from 6,000 to 12,000. Is it possible to determine how many died?
