Summary of this Mornings Joe B?

Can anyone summarize what Joe B is thinking for the disturbed weather NE of the Bahamas. Several forecast discussion are talking about low pressure forming in the FLorida Straits headed westward.

Katdaddy as of this morning Miami and Melbourne Diss no longer mention about low pressure development but I think the area is unsettled and still needs to be watched because of Katrina I'm now scared of a tropical depression developing off Florida and heading west.
