Did Katrina go thru the Herbert Box?

katrina formed west and north of the hebert box.....formed 22.3N and 75.5W. the hebert box is 55-60W and 15-20N.....if, however, you view it as an extension(a stretch) of td# 10, it still missed the box..............rich
