I listen to a scanner at work daily, I know most of the codes by heart. Anyway, a signal-something is different from a code-something which is different from a 10-something. A signal-something is usually a modifier to a 10-code (Like the 10-64 would mean crime in progress. If there was an armed suspect there, they would say 10-64, signal-1.)

So what is a code something then? We had a Code 4 earlier. Then a 10-80.

Yes, and someone they refer to only as "Code" is in the helicopter. Someone important, dunno who it might be.

Kernal Smart and General Grant.... sounds like important people.

I guess the plans are to bus all the people tomorrow.

I heard earlier that some bus drivers in Lafayette were going to New Orleans. I wonder if they will make it back to bring students to school tomorrow?
