What a idiot.
Did anyone else hear him say that???
Yes, I saw it yesterday too, and it has been playing over and over in my mind all day long as the waters rise.

I heard the mayor said the qttempt to fix the levee failed which is different. live press conference on bqton rouge tv saying nothing about it.
doesn't really matter for me. I live on a high part of canal boulevard that was supposed to be relatively high in the worst case scenario. unfortunately, it didn't take into account a damn barge going thru the levee. so we are just waiting to see how bad it is.
