More patients being taken to the superdome, apparently. That's not good as the conditions described in there do not sound like a good place to take hospital patients.

For those that are unfamiliar with the "fire ants" - those little suckers are determined to stay alive and AFLOAT! They float through the water in big packs - imagine a stirre up ant bed without the dirt.
These can cause great bodily injury if you happen to have an encounter with this floating mass. (not to mention all of the other water life that has been uprooted from their safe havens -
If you have never been to New Orleans and sat on the levee late at night and have seen the rats (yes - "river rats"), some are as large as a small cat. That would be a pretty nasty surprise as well.
