Yeah, I'm hearing that too. That the waters are still rising. WWLTV is begging for reports from the North Shore. No reports are coming from there right now. A reporter on WWLTV said that her brother who works at a can factory there said that the waters were still rising there....

Speculation on the WWL forum is that there is a secondary flood occuring as Ponchatrain drains into Borgne.

Just heard this on CNN...

The reporter was on the phone and called the flooding in that part of the city as "Epic"
