Followup:
SOME FLUCTUATIONS IN INTENSITY ARE POSSIBLE RIGHT UP UNTIL LANDFALLOCCURS. HOWEVER...IT APPEARS THAT KATRINA WILL MAKE LANDFALL AS A CATEGORY 4 HURRICANE LATER THIS MORNING.
