REPORT LIVE OBSERVATIONS

#1 Postby AnthonyC » Sun Aug 28, 2005 2:46 pm

For people who have not evacuated or are far enough inland to be safe, report live observations as long as you have power! This is the fourth, largest hurricane in recorded history and probably the strongest hurricane to ever make landfall.

REPORT LIVE OBSERVATIONS

#2 Postby k3839 » Sun Aug 28, 2005 3:10 pm

I can see very high and dark feeder bands to the southeast. I am 60 miles northwest of new orleans in the very southern part of East Baton Rouge Parish. The wind is still but the sky is getting dark.
