Something positive about Katrina for NOLA folks?

Is it just me....or does it appear to be shifting slight east. I've been pouring over the tracks..and it does look like nola might get spared a direct hit?

People in the know..please give me some hope that this thing wont be a direct hit..? :eek:

the NHC in its last statement said they didn't see any change in the track. I think you might be looking too closely at the straight lines they draw between points instead of extrapolating out the curved track.
