How will broadcast networks (ABC/CBS/NBC) cover Katrina?
Do you think that if Katrina strengthens into a cat 4 and hits New Orleans directly that CBS/ABC/NBC will have live continuous coverage or just cover it during their evening and morning news broadcasts?

Depends on the stations. here in south florida last year some broadcast 140 hours straight to provide info to everyone, from before the storm landing to after.
During Kat this time, same thing, they came on around 12:00 or 1:00 and went straight through. not as bad as last year, so some went back to programming after the end of the next day.
