Need evacuation route info for Tulane student

#1 Postby TigerMo » Sat Aug 27, 2005 4:02 pm

Trying to help a Tulane student figure out the best way to leave NOLA and get to the Altanta area. She lives very close to Tulane. Any info appreciated. Is there a link to a website that has evacuation route info?

Thank you.

Check the evac sticky thread above, and make sure she gets out however possible. The sooner the better as well...:)

TigerMo,

lsp.org (louisiana state police dot org) has the info in a printable format. It's gonna be ugly for a while. You might suggest she check some of those webcam sites and wait until the wee hours - 2 or 3 to get out so as to miss the bulk of the traffic.

Good luck.
