Kudos to LA Residents

They are beganing to move out. They are not waiting for the "late" call from Parish Officials. BTW--Comment from C. Wicker (Fox8)--nothing to get excited about.

I'm watching the WDSU stream and the traffic reporter said she has seen a dramatic increase in traffic on the various cams across the city, just within the last hour or so. At least some people are paying attention.
