Instead of spending a long time looking for the data, I figured my fellow weather geeks would know the best place to look.

Wind statistics question
Does anyone know a good site that gives windspeeds? I'm trying to find out what we got up to here with Katrina, both in sustained winds and gusts. I looked at WU, but their data is really on the low side for my station (Coral Springs) and some values are zero. That makes no sense.
