This was just mentioned on TWC. Pressure down to 950MB. That's a very significant drop in an hour..

963 is an estimate based on satellite estimates and continuity. The pressure has likely been falling over the last 3 to 4 hours as the eye has become better defined.
Figures that the TWC would hype/misrepresent something like that.
