10pm advisory really late, hmmmmmmmm

The 10pm advisory is really late I wonder why?

It just showed up in my inbox. They're calling her "stubborn"

AND, her 72 hr point is on my neighborhood.

I think it's more because she is still going WSW :)

i think the hours are based on the EST hence 10:49 vs. 9:49

You can usually find the newest track map up on wunderground.com about 20-30 minutes early, and the advisories will show up 15-20 minutes early in my inbox...so this time, it did seem like they were late. In a relative sense.
