"Van der Snott" is in trouble now...

#1 Postby streetsoldier » Wed Aug 24, 2005 8:49 pm

Three Aruban girls, two 18, one 17, have accused Joran van der Sloot of drugging and raping them. Only the youngest woman has taken her statement to the authorities, and is expected to level formal charges...the other two, on condition of anonymity, gave statements to the Aruba newspaper "Diario".

As I type this, a special night coutrt session has been called for the editor to appear, in an attempt to obtain the identities of the older girls.

This could set a pattern of van der Sloot as a sexual predator, which would clear the way for formal charges in the disappearance of Natalee Holloway. Stay tuned, folks. :grrr:

It is getting tedious, especially with the way the media has over done it, but it's important that justice is done. I never liked that snot. He looked guilty from day 1.

That is wonderful news. I hope the girls testimonies are true. Maybe more girls will come forward now too. I always thought his father was a little bit involved too. His father, IMO, knows something or helped his son cover up something.

LOL..

Aruba is crazy. NBC went and got permission to shoot video at the jail where he's at yesterday... including Joran himself. It was a real brief convo but was allowed by the guards... then last night, a judge ruled they couldn't air the video, which makes no sense. They didn't break any rules...

Oh... and they are going to have a VERY hard time convicting him without a body...

They can convict without a body if they have enough evidence.

Well... knowing Aruba, I don't think so. In the U.S. they could.

This investigation has been so very botched.

I think that's one reason the girls haven't come forward...apparently, Joran has a lot of "pull" through his old man...and I think the judge-wannabe van der Sloot is dirty, too.

Ever notice that the ones that kill ALWAYS have prior convictions or a past of some sort!!! :grr:

It's really really time to put these people away before they kill someone, not after. The Jessica Lunsford case in Florida is another example of this.

Drives one crazy :grr:

OK, UPDATE TIME!

Seems they re-arrested the Kalpoe brothers, Satish and Deepak...as predicted...on "suspicion of rape and murder (with the assistance of other persons...???)".

When are they going to bring Paulus van der Sloot in for "accessory after the fact" in concealing evidence?

More...what is being opined is that a "drug connection" has been discovered (i.e. where the date-rape drugs came from, and to whom given). Bringing the Kalpoes in gives the authorities a chance to reduce charges PROVIDED they spill on van der Sloot. But, then again, there could be more to this...there are those three Aruban girls to add to this mix.

Natalee comes from a rich family... hence the media is all over it. What about the missing Menasha student teaching english to japanese students... he's been missing in Japan since Aug 15th... no national news stations are covering that story.... just local.

Natalee's story is getting ridiculous. Let it go.

Greta is an Appleton, WI native... she keeps in touch with events back home and tries if possible to put them on air. (Menasha is a suburb of Appleton)
